Before you begin using The Stabilizer you will need to organize some information about your bills.  What you will need is the amount you paid for each bill for one year.  If you don't save your old bills then try your check register.  If you can't come up with the actual amounts you can estimate, but it's not as acurate.

  56. If you want to have the increase for some bills estimated for the rest of this year or next year then you will need an additional year of records to enter to calculate the estimates.  Electric, Gas, Utilities etc. could be some bills to have estimated ahead.

  60. For some bills you may want to budget a set amount to pay and then use other funds if they go over the set amount.  Your Phone bill would be good for this.
